PROGRAMMING NOTES;
Hello, on this First Day of Autumn. Cooler temps greet us each mornng now and I’m good with that. I’m quite sure we’ll have some Indian Summer yet but we’ve flipped another page on the calender and that’s one page closer to Winter.
I thought it timely for me to pass along some info regarding the website. We launched a little over 3 months ago and today we welcomed our 100th member to the group. Our thinking was to launch during the summer months, work out the bugs, and be full go by the time the snow flies. Thus far, I think we’re on schedule.
I’m not a big fan of analyitics, math has never been one of my strengths but I find some of the numbers interesting. As you might expect, General Discussion is our most visited page followed closely by Kelly’s Time Machine Shop. Nearly everyone who visits stops by the Funny Pages and I try to keep the Special Events page up to date. I would expect the Picture Page to pick up activity during the Winter Months once the season is in full swing. Pictures of your group, trails, sleds, stucks, etc. are all welcome. Don’t be shy! Anything from past seasons is welcome too.
Another Programming Note; I’m not sure everyone is aware of the Forum on the General Discussion page. You’ll see the FORUM button at the top of the page that’ll take you to more discussions and more subjects of interest. It’s kind of a Sub Page of more of what you see up front. Stick your beek in there to see if you’re missing anything.
My co-conspirator, Minnesota Kelly tells us there’s been frost on the docks up on Lake of the Woods nearly every morning. And with the colder weather he expects to be back in the Time Machine Shop with his restorations before long. So we’ll look forward to that!
Closing out my post, I want to thank you for your interest and support for snowtrailsusa.com
We’re pleased with the progress, it’s been received well and we’re looking forward to our first season on the snow together. If I could ask one favor, it’d be this….Tell a Friend About Us. If every member brought in one newbie, we’d double our reach before the snow flies. It’d be much appreciated!
Take care and Thank You from snowtrailsusa.com!1 Comment

Great bit of advice on the Forum feature Gary! By all means people, give it a look. I think you’ll really like how well it will work for discussing specific topics.
