OK “Shop” people, I need some feedback. A number of you have faithfully followed my various sled build threads over the years on John’s site but there may be some of you that haven’t. For those that have, there may be builds you have missed, builds you may have forgotten, and there are at least a couple that never made their way into any build documentary.
I was thinking that maybe a series of brief recaps of the builds over the last dozen or so years might be of interest. By my count, there are roughly 12 weeks until some of the trails open. I figure that if I cover a build every week or so, it will help bridge that time.
We’re not talking an in-depth accounting here, maybe a post with a couple of photos and a few paragraphs of my thoughts on each build. In the end, I may rate a couple builds as “most, best, etc.” of something (from my perspective) and would be interested in hearing which one was your favorite.
What do you think?

Brian, I’m thinking your memory is better than mine. You probably remember stuff I don’t. I’m going to have to do some thinking to summarize a project that may have taken several months, or even years, in just a few paragraphs. In addition, there were a few sleds that, while I had the best of intentions of making them a project, it never happened. I will probably cover those a little bit as proof that it doesn’t always work out the way you think it will.

Kelly, later this month my wife and I will be going to the Wide Open Wisconsin show and last year a swear the swap portion of the show had almost doubled in comparison to the year before. I’d like to help you with finding anything you might need for Kawabunga project or anything you might need to ice the cake of other projects you have done. If you want to reach out to me with a wish or want list maybe I can locate something for you, Please let me know, I don’t know yet if there is a PM feature on this site or you can do so on the Dee site as well…. Brian

I can honestly say there are no builds that I have forgotten, however the couple that never made it into any of your posts would sure be nice to see, even if just pictures and not any in depth coverage but…. be ready for the questions LOL! revisiting and introducing us to past projects would be cool! I for one am all in!
